-Once a piece is commissioned, you may use it for any personal use, including but not limited to icons, signatures, layouts, wallpapers, themes, and personal site display.-Commissioner may print out the artwork on paper, shirts, and other accessories as long as it's for personal use ONLY!-You may not claim the work to be your own, edit, or set it up for redistribution. You may not use it for any commercial unless agreed upon.-Do not post commissioned fanart in high resolution since it can be used by an individual who decided to make a profit from it. - I reserve the right to cancel and or refund (not guaranteed) a commission at any time, with prior notification to the commissioner, due to poor communication, rude/inappropriate behavior, or any kind of abuse.- I have the right to refuse a commission or changes to the commission if it makes me uncomfortable.-I reserve the right to reject your commission proposal without question.-I reserve the right to modify and resell any rejected sketches as "pre-posed" commissions.-Invoices will have detailed information about products and services.-Fixes/changes will cost an extra 10%-20% of the price depending on complexity. If I miss something or make a mistake while drawing your character, fanart fixes are free.-If you changed your mind and want to cancel the commission and get a refund: when the sketch is done 75% will be returned.
